Jennifer Fruzzetti
Jennifer is the "J" of the pen name shared with her co-author. She is nineteen years old and a full-time student at Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. When not in college, she lives in Berkley, Massachusetts with her family. This family consists of her parents, two younger brothers and two golden retrievers named Brady and Teddy. Jennifer is a member of her school's Equestrian Team that competes against other colleges throughout the state. She is on the Dean's list at school and is majoring in Communication Disorders, which will eventually lead to graduate school for Speech Pathology. She is a big New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan, but enjoys football more. She works as a volunteer horseback riding camp counselor over the summer months and a volunteer at Handi Kids Therapeutic Riding Center during school months. Writing has always been a hobby of hers and she, along with her co-author, have decided to make it a full-time career. She gives a lot of credit to J.K. Rowling and her Harry Potter series for driving her interest in writing. Jennifer is also a fan of other authors including Nora Roberts, Julie Garwood and Stephanie Meyer.
Meghan McCarthy
Meghan claims the "M" of pen name, J.M. Stone, that she shares with her co-author. Meghan is eighteen years old, and is also a full-time student at Bridgewater State College. As an English major, Meghan has always wanted to pursue a career as a writer. While not attending classes at Bridgewater she resides in Berkley, Massachusetts with her aunt and uncle and six dogs. Meghan has been training and competing with her two Shetland Sheepdogs in agility for the past seven years. She has qualified to compete at the world team tryouts this May, with the hopes of becoming one of the youngest members the United States team has had. She, of course, is a big New England sports fan, especially following the Boston Red Sox. In her spare time she enjoys reading and using Shakespearean insults. Some of her favorite authors include J.K Rowling, Dan Brown, and Stephen King. Now away with you for thine breath stinks with eating toasted cheese (Henry Vl, Part 2).
